LRG announces promotion of Robert Poole to Managing Director – Block Management

Robert joined Glide Property Management, LRG’s specialist block management brand, in 2022 as Director of Block Management, where he led the delivery of block and estate management services and supported the business’s national growth. He brings over 20 years of experience in the property sector, having held senior leadership roles across the leasehold management industry, including leading large corporate property businesses and his own company. His experience spans a wide range of property types, from listed and heritage buildings to large, modern and high-rise developments.

Robert holds an MSc in Property Management & Investment and is a Member of The Property Institute (MTPI). He regularly contributes insight on compliance, technology and the impact of regulation on the future of block management.
