Strategic consultancy Global Apartment Advisors announces a new brand identity, marking a decade in the UK. The new brand – GAA Living – captures the essence of the globally-evolving rental living sector and the opportunities associated with it.
GAA Living’s roots lie in the US where terms like ‘Apartments’ and ‘Multifamily Housing’ were widely recognised over the past 30+ years. Since GAA’s arrival in the UK, the rental market has evolved significantly with alignment of the models, subsectors and terminology used around the world, now commonly known as the ‘Rental Living Sector.’ GAA Living is modernising its brand in line with this shift.
