A new specialist business network has launched to unite leading professionals working across leasehold, commonhold and residential property.
The TFC Partner Network, co-ordinated by multi-award-winning leasehold enfranchisement firm The Freehold Collective, brings together carefully selected experts who advise and support leaseholders, freeholders and property stakeholders.

The network is inviting applications from solicitors, surveyors, managing agents, insurers, accountants, investors, developers and specialist contractors operating in the sector.
Designed to drive collaboration, knowledge-sharing and high-quality referrals, the TFC Partner Network offers members access to shared commercial opportunities,
cross-referrals, structured networking events and expert-led educational webinars. The aim is to create a trusted community capable of working together on complex cases, exchanging best practice and staying ahead of fast-moving legislative and valuation developments.

Mike Somekh, founder of The Freehold Collective, said:

“Leasehold enfranchisement and Commonhold are highly complex and constantly evolving areas of law, where small technical nuances can have significant consequences for clients. By bringing together experienced professionals from across the sector, we can raise standards, deepen expertise and deliver stronger outcomes for leaseholders and property owners.

The TFC Partner Network builds on our previous partner panel but goes much further — offering tangible commercial advantages to participating firms. In a rapidly changing legislative landscape, partners benefit from qualified referrals, including beyond their traditional markets, shared expertise, early insight into reform, and enhanced results for both their clients and their practices.”
The Freehold Collective aims to establish a core group of 30 active partners within six months, forming a strong national network committed to collaboration, transparency and excellence in enfranchisement and lease extension work.
