A brand-new residents’ gym is set to launch at Kew Bridge Rise in West London, offering residents private access to a state-of-the-art fitness facility within the development. Designed to support active lifestyles, the new gym features modern equipment and dedicated workout areas, providing residents with a convenient space to focus on their wellbeing just moments from their front door.

To celebrate the opening, a launch event will take place on Saturday 28th March, hosted in partnership with L&Q and The Hill Group, the joint venture partners behind Kew Bridge Rise. From 11am onwards, guests will be invited to explore the new facility and take part in private gym classes led by Lisa-Jane, personal trainer and fitness influencer. Attendees will also be able to enjoy nutritious refreshments following the session.

The new gym has been fitted to a commercial standard and will be available exclusively to residents, with secure fob access allowing use of the space 24 hours a day. The fully equipped gym floor features brand-new treadmills, resistance machines and a dedicated weights area, including equipment by Pulse Fitness and Concept.

Delivered by L&Q in partnership with The Hill Group, Kew Bridge Rise will ultimately deliver 441 homes – including 152 for Shared Ownership and 66 for affordable rent. The development has already seen strong demand, with all homes in the first phase fully reserved.

Claire Brenlund, Sales and Marketing Director at L&Q, comments: “The launch of the new residents’ gym marks an exciting milestone for Kew Bridge Rise. As buyers increasingly look for homes that support their lifestyle as well as their living needs, amenities such as fitness facilities and co-working spaces are becoming more important than ever. The addition of this new gym further enhances the offering at Kew Bridge Rise, providing residents with convenient access to high-quality wellness facilities within their own community.”

Rebecca Littler, Group Sales and Marketing Director at The Hill Group, comments: "The new residents' gym is a fantastic addition to Kew Bridge Rise and a reflection of the incredible lifestyle on offer in this part of West London. Brentford and Chiswick offer residents the very best of the capital on their doorstep, and as Kew Bridge Rise becomes an established community, it is wonderful to see residents benefitting from amenities that match that energy and vibrancy. Through our placemaking approach, we are creating a community that is as inspiring to come home to as the neighbourhood that surrounds it."

Apartments at Kew Bridge Rise combine contemporary design with thoughtful details. Open-plan living areas create a modern feel, whilst sleek fitted kitchens are fully equipped with integrated appliances. Bedrooms feature fitted wardrobes and carpeting, while large storage cupboards house washer/dryers to support everyday practicality. Each apartment also benefits from a private outdoor space with external lighting.

The development also offers residents a co-working space and concierge service onsite, plus a new nursery is set to open in the future.

Kew Bridge Rise enjoys a prime location on the border of Brentford and Chiswick, surrounded by an array of local shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs. Strand-on-the-Green, one of Chiswick’s historic riverside villages, is within walking distance, while Chiswick High Road offers a wide selection of independent boutiques and dining options. For green space, residents are close to the 65 acres of historic gardens at Chiswick House and the world-famous Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Well connected for travel, Kew Bridge Station is just a two-minute walk away from homes, offering fast links to London Waterloo, the UK’s largest train station. Gunnersbury Overground Station is also less than 10 minutes on foot, ideal for commuters.
