Award winning chartered surveyors Caxtons, one of the largest property practices in the South East, launched a fresh corporate image for the New Year and in addition, appointed a new Chairman.
The company, founded in 1990, and with offices throughout the region, has spent the past six months refreshing its traditional image.
This more modern, brighter image echoes the changing face of the company and its fresh, new outlook, according to Marketing Director David Gurton.
Despite the difficult economic times, especially in the property sector, Caxtons has maintained its position and gained in some areas, such as lettings and block management.
Marketing Direct David Gurton explained: “Whilst we are forward-looking we still retain important traditional values providing the best possible personal service to our clients. We believe the new logo and corporate branding reflects the message we want to convey as we expand and grow to meet the demands of the 21st century.”
Caxtons recently received an award from Estates Gazette for Most Active Commercial Agent in Kent; as well as ‘highly commended’ in the Property Managers Awards ‘Managing Agent of a Residents Management Company of the Year’ category.
