If you are looking for state school education, you should telephone the local education department of your local council who will provide you with a list, or look on their website where such information is usually posted. If you are interested in private schools, there is an organisation called the Independent Schools Information Service with lots of useful information available on their website (www.isis.org.uk).
First of all, check your lease to make sure that it belongs to the estate and that it is included in the area which the management company is required to maintain. Then, contact the management company and discuss the situation with them. It may be that their gardeners are unable to maintain the property if cars are parked on it. Therefore, it will require some signs or boulders to stop the cars parking there. However, the management company will only be able to attend to this work if the residents agree to this expenditure. If you have a residents association, then this should be raised at the next meeting.

You should see whether the other residents in your block would support your proposal because if none are interested then it is unlikely the management company would be able to support this type of expenditure. However, if other residents are enthusiastic about this type of proposal then you should propose it to the residents association or management company. Presumably, they would investigate whether the space was usable for this purpose. Thereafter, they should employ an architect and obtain estimates to present to the residents for their approval as the cost would have to be shared amongst them.
