County estate agents Nicol & Co. are to hold a free seminar aimed at guiding Worcestershire’s landlords through the maze of the Renters’ Rights Act which is introducing a major overhaul of the private rented sector.

At Nicol & Co.’s latest Landlord Seminar at Sixways Stadium on Thursday 12 March, landlord investors will be given tips on how to navigate the Renters’ Rights Bill before 1 May 2026 when the main provisions come into force.

Nicol’s lettings manager James Gwynne will host the evening, introducing a panel of industry expert speakers and leading an interactive Q&A session.

The panel of specialist guest speakers will include Neil Seager of Ormerod Rutter Accountants, Adam McElroy, SJL Insurance, and Vanessa Tuzzio and Martyn Davies of Mindful Financial Planning.

Together, they will cover tax planning, insurance considerations and financial strategies to help landlords protect and strengthen their investments.

James Gwynne said: “With ongoing legislative changes and shifting market conditions, there has never been a more important time to stay informed. This event will bring together trusted local experts to help you understand what is happening now and how to position yourself for future success.

Mia Fletcher, Nicol’s valuation consultant, will be sharing the latest residential sales market statistics, along with a positive and practical perspective on why now could be a strong time to grow a portfolio.

Gwynne added: “Whether you are an experienced portfolio landlord or looking to expand, this seminar will provide valuable insight and the opportunity to ask questions directly to the experts.

“Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to secure your place as soon as possible.”

Nicol & Co.’s previous Landlord Seminar in October 2025 was a complete sellout, with standing room only for those last to arrive.

Tickets for this free event can be applied for here, or by calling Nicol & Co’s Worcester office on 01905 930404 or email James Gwynne james@nicolandco.co.uk
