PBM has appointed Sandeep Singh MIRPM Assoc RICS as Chief Property Officer

PBM, the leading property management company, wants to welcome Sandeep Singh as their Chief Property Officer. This is the organisation's latest commitment to ensuring that outstanding service matters for every customer.
As Chief Property Officer, a new role at PBM and a new approach to managing property, Sandeep will be responsible for overseeing the Property Management Team and supporting his team in delivering an exemplary customer approach to all existing and new customers. MIRPM and Assoc RICS qualified, and having managed a range of client relationships, Sandeep will add value to a young, dynamic team by sharing his expertise and leading the way in our next phase of business growth.
Sandeep joins pbm with a wealth of experience managing large, complex and very high-end luxury developments. He will provide leadership and stewardship to transform the management and maintenance of pbm residential properties, using his professional expertise to develop innovative and effective ways to maximise pbm's customer service excellence.
Sandeep has a solid background within the property management industry, working with companies such as Mainstay, Cluttons LLP and HML Holdings. In addition, Sandeep brings to pbm 15 years of strong experience in managing people working with clients and delivering world-class customer service & experience.
