Shannon’s journey in property began at the age of 18, when she took on a housing management role supporting some of London’s most vulnerable residents. That experience gave her a grounding in the true weight of the property industry. From there, Shannon moved into block management as a New Business Assistant, working alongside industry leaders who were building something special. It was a pivotal chapter that sparked her long-term career in property recruitment and client partnerships.
For the past eight years, Shannon has been at the heart of PMR’s team — connecting onsite talent with leading managing agents, developers and residential teams across London and the UK. She is known across the industry for the depth of her relationships, the care she brings to every placement and her genuine commitment to the people and teams that keep buildings running every day.
As London Ambassador, Shannon will be at the growing the Doyenne community in the capital shaping events, conversations, and connections that support women at every level of the property sector.
