Principle named top UK property management company

Principle Estate Management, which was founded by Brett Williams in Birmingham just seven years ago, has been named UK Managing Agent of the Year at a prestigious national industry awards ceremony.

 From a one-man start up, the business now operates nationally with offices in Birmingham, London and the north west, managing over 25,000 units, a 25% jump in the last six months.

 Principle now employs 100 staff with the recruitment recently of senior business development manager James Neale and Jaime Duffy overseeing their lettings growth.

 The ACE Awards are run by The Property Institute, the professional body for property management. They shine a spotlight on the exceptional contributions of residential property managers, suppliers, and industry professionals working to improve the lives of millions of leaseholders across the UK.

 Principle was successful in the largest category – Managing Agent 15,001+ units – at an awards ceremony in London organised by the Property Institute.

 Brett Williams said: “We have come a long way since our launch back in 2018 and this success is the result of our policy from day one of investing in technology and talent to provide the best possible service to our landlord clients and their tenants.

 “It is recognition of a lot of hard work by a very talented team which is driving our continuing growth.”
