Principle Estate Management has been appointed to handle one of the most stunning apartment schemes to come to the market in central England in 2021.
Milverton Hall, near Leamington Spa, has been sympathetically restored by Haven Properties Ltd to provide eight luxury apartments and two newly built coach houses.
The development is the site of a former quarry market garden and nursing home built at the start of the 19th century.
The apartments and coach houses are currently on the market with prices from £675,000 and two of the ten properties have already been sold.
Joe Jobson, a director of Principle Estate Management, said: “We have been involved throughout the build process and so have been able to advise on the structure of the leases, the apportionment and level of service charges, and the design, where we were able to highlight any long term management issues and suggest solutions.
“Haven Properties has been restoring parts of the original property to the highest standards and the two new build coach houses are equally luxurious in design and finish.”
The development is the brainchild of Yvonne Landau, founder and managing director of Haven Lifestyle Properties (Leamington Spa) Ltd, and architect Anthony Kavanagh.
Joe Jobson said: “It has been great to work with Yvonne and Anthony as they are known for transforming properties and we are delighted they are now utilising that skillset in building and refurbishing apartment buildings.
“Over the next 12 months, Principle is set for significant growth and it is through building strong relationships with clients like Yvonne and Anthony who have shown such faith in our services and response that we are able to do so.”
Yvonne Landau said: “We are very pleased to be bringing such fantastic living spaces to the Leamington Spa area and we are very confident that in appointment Principle Estate Management, our work will be in very safe hands.”
Launched in 2018, Principle has since grown from what was virtually a one-man band into what is now 31 staff looking after a portfolio of more than 7,000 units in 250-plus developments across the UK.
