A unique luxury development of 58 apartments in an historic property in Bath city centre is to be looked after by Principle Estate Management.
Principle has won the contract to manage Hope House, a Grade II-listed building which hosts the prestigious collection of new homes within six acres of parkland.
The work has been awarded by Hope House homeowners and Acorn, an independent development and regeneration specialist which has successfully created a range of residential-led refurbishment and new build schemes.
This is one of several new management contracts that Principle has won in the south-west and joins an expanding portfolio of more than 25,000 units at some 520 developments across the UK.
Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, said: “We are thrilled to have been appointed to manage Hope House, a sophisticated and luxury development.
“This exclusive mixture of one, two, three and four-bedroomed homes in central Bath brings modern and bespoke designs together with Georgian charm in the grounds of a stately home.
“Residents can enjoy everything from a tennis court to underground parking and a concierge service, in one of the most exciting developments to come to Bath in decades.
“We won this major contract by showing residents our proven success over the last seven years and our expertise in managing heritage properties.
“We were able to demonstrate how our experienced managers will use the latest IT systems to operate an impressive package of finance, maintenance, asset management, compliance and resident engagement.
“We are now working closely with Acorn and the community at Hope House to help them carefully plan the high-quality levels of professional service that will make an immediate difference for new residents.”
Hope House boasts extensive open space, with the elevated homes having stunning panoramic views of Bath city and the Avon Valley.
A spokesperson for the residents said: “Principle impressed us with their extensive property management experience at a wide range of developments across the UK.
“We wanted a property manager who had the skills and knowledge to manage 58 spacious, luxury apartments with an extensive range of amenities, and we feel certain that Principle has the ability to do this.”
