Principle Estate Management has taken on its 100th employee after seeing the number of units under its management rise to 25,000 – a 25% jump over the past six months.
The 100th member of staff at the Birmingham-based company, which manages properties across the country, is James Neale, newly appointed as senior business development manager.
Joe Jobson, Principle’s joint managing director, said: “This achievement of growing to 100 employees reflects not only growth, but also our commitment to building a talented team capable of delivering exceptional service to our clients and residents.
“James brings the expertise we need to support our continued growth.
“A Solihull native and qualified solicitor, he brings a unique blend of legal knowledge and business acumen to our team.
“His diverse background – including an appearance in the Britain's Got Talent final in 2015 and recent experience in the US market – demonstrates the calibre of talent we're attracting.
“James is eager to build strong relationships with both our team and customers as we continue our growth plans.”
Among the other new recruits is Tom Rance, who joined Principle’s in-house surveying team from The Althorpe Estate, having recently completed his five-year degree apprenticeship at London South Bank University with anticipated first-class honours.
The company has also announced several internal promotions, which Mr Jobson said “showcases our commitment to developing talent from within”.
This has included Esme Williams, the daughter of joint managing director Brett Williams, being promoted to associate director.
Mr Williams said: “Esme’s promotion is testament to her exceptional contributions and leadership within Principle’s operations team.
“Having joined us as a temp during the height of the lockdown, she has played a pivotal role in enhancing our operational performance.”
Other recent promotions include:
Daniel Lannon stepping up to operations manager
Abby Shepherd promoted to junior property manager
Adam Jones becoming head of business integration, and
Olesya Kokhalyk promoted to junior integration manager.
Mr Jobson added: “Reaching 100 employees represents more than just a number – it's a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the dedication of every team member who contributes to our success.
“Our journey continues with exciting additions planned for later this month.
“We'll be welcoming a new associate director to our London office and a new property manager to our Birmingham team, further strengthening our regional capabilities.
“As we continue to grow, we remain committed to maintaining the personal service and professional excellence that define Principle Estate Management.”
