Leading commercial property and asset management specialists Estama have announced a series of senior appointments to their growing team.
The new roles reflect the business’s continued expansion and commitment to delivering integrated, results-focused services to all their valued clients across its portfolio.
Harry Wilce joins Estama as Senior Asset Manager. A chartered surveyor with a background at Cushman & Wakefield and APAM Catella, Harry brings a strong investment valuation foundation and significant experience in asset managing large-scale retail schemes.
At APAM Catella, he oversaw over two million sq ft of shopping centres and completed more than 150 lease transactions, generating upwards of £5 million in secured income.
In the property management division, Tom Dobier has been appointed as Associate. With over nine years of international commercial property experience spanning New Zealand, Australia and the UK, Tom brings a great cross-market perspective.
His previous roles include most recently, Associate Partner at Daniel Watney LLP, managing a mixed-use central London portfolio and leading a commercial management team and prior to this roles including as Asset Manager at Memocorp Australia, where he led significant lease negotiations and refurbishment projects.
Also joining as Associate is Elisabeth Pretorius, a seasoned property management professional with more than three decades of shopping centre management experience. She most recently served as Associate Director within the retail team at JLL, following an extensive career in South Africa’s property sector.
Supporting the continued growth of Estama’s finance function, Estama welcomes Maya Tsulukidze back as Senior Client Accountant. With over 10 years of experience in real estate finance, Maya brings deep expertise in managing commercial and retail portfolios, having held roles with GCP, Prime, and HSBC.
