Award-winning property management agent Rendall & Rittner has been appointed to oversee the management of the i-Land development in Birmingham. Located in the heart of the city’s Chinatown district, i-Land comprises a collection of 271 apartments and ground-floor commercial spaces.

i-Land was constructed as part of a significant regeneration project in the late 1990s and early 2000s, that transformed a former industrial area in a vibrant new mixed-use community.  Starting in August 2025, Rendall & Rittner will work closely with the Board of Directors to create a partnership that delivers outstanding management of i-Land.

Matt Kirk, Divisional Director at Rendall & Rittner comments: “Our recent appointment to deliver management services at i-Land reflects our strength in combining national reach with local expertise.
