Leading property management agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Angela Spencer as its Customer Experience Manager. Responsible for overseeing Rendall & Rittner’s new Customer Experience team, Angela’s appointment reflects the award-winning company’s commitment to enhancing its customer care offering and providing the best possible service levels.
With over 30 years of experience working in operational and customer-focused roles largely within the Financial Services industry, Angela has developed keen communication, problem-solving and resilience skills that ensure proficiency in supporting a variety of customer needs. In her previous role as a Customer Contact Manager, Angela has proven her leadership skills and will bring her focus on colleague engagement into her new role.
As Customer Experience Manager, Angela will be responsible for managing and leading a team of dedicated advisors as they strive to deliver an exceptional level of customer service. Angela and the Customer Experience team will collaborate closely with Property Management teams, looking to provide a swift response and resolution to a wide range of customer enquiries.
Angela will also regularly communicate with the company’s senior leadership team to discuss opportunities that will drive continuous improvement. Reflecting Rendall & Rittner’s national portfolio, Angela’s team will be located across the company’s London and Manchester offices.
