Ringley Group, the leading operational real estate company specialising in residential and Living sector management, has been appointed by Cole Waterhouse and Taurus Investment Holdings as managing agent for Erie Dock Apartments (Eda), the 291-home Build to Rent (BTR) scheme in the heart of Salford Quays, Greater Manchester.
Eda, a 29-storey tower designed by Chapman Taylor and completed in 2023, is the tallest residential building in Salford Quays. The scheme reached 95% occupancy in 2024 and holds the highest HomeViews rating of any BTR development in Salford.
The mandates sees Ringley assume responsibility for lettings, on-site management, resident services and compliance, delivered through UNA Living, its dedicated BTR management platform.
Nick Jacobs, Managing Director of Taurus UK, said: "Our priority as investors is ongoing improved resident experience, alongside increased management and reporting efficiency. Ringley will deliver on both fronts, and we’re pleased to bring them on board.”
Mary-Anne Bowring, Group Managing Director of Ringley Group, said: "Eda is a well-run, much-loved building and our job is to keep it that way while driving performance for our clients. We're looking forward to taking on the management with immediate effect for what will be a seamless transition for the residents.”
The new appointment signals the latest milestone in the execution of Ringley’s growth strategy as the business continues to expand its footprint, recently advising on its 15,000th UK BTR unit. Founded 30-years ago, Ringley Group has grown into a full service, vertically integrated property and asset management company specialising in the Living sector.
Ringley Group is the corporate umbrella for a portfolio of 12 companies which harness proprietary technology to deliver a data-driven service across all aspects of operational real estate; asset and property management, leasing, valuation, block management, building surveyors, fire engineers and law – either as integrated or standalone services.
Ringley’s current portfolio comprises over 16,500 homes across the UK, with £12 billion of assets under management.
