RMG APPOINTED TO MANAGE NEW URBAN SPLASH DEVELOPMENT IN YORKSHIRE

The successful tender followed a tough selection process with eight other agents presenting to and being interviewed by both Urban Splash Directors and residents of Lister Mills.

Largely complete, Lister Mills comprises 326 homes, plus offices, shops and leisure space within two stunning Grade II listed buildings. Once the world’s largest silk mills, it was described by The Times when first built as ‘breathtaking as Versailles’, and still dominates the Bradford skyline.
