Residential Management Group (RMG) has been appointed by fledgling property developer, Sherrygreen Homes, to manage ‘The Link’ - a prestigious boutique-style development located on City Road in London.
In addition to the normal responsibilities associated with being a Managing Agent, RMG’s Customer Contact Centre (CCC) in Northwich will initially operate as Sherrygreen Homes’ customer service department and be residents’ first point of contact for repair issues.
Deborah Davis, Residential Sales Manager at Sherrygreen Homes says: “I had dealt with RMG at a former company where they managed various sites for me. As I always found them to be extremely helpful and efficient, as well as very purchaser friendly, it made perfect sense to use them as our managing agent for The Link. We also like their detailed approach to measuring customer service.”
Clare Corbett, Operations Director at RMG added: “We were particularly pleased to be able to provide advice and assistance during the construction phase.”
Sherrygreen Homes is part of the Mullalley Group, a privately owned construction company with a turnover in excess of £150million per annum.
