Savills appoints new director to lead block management

Savills has expanded its Prime Estates team with the appointment of Jonathan Channing as a director.

Savills has expanded its Prime Estates team with the appointment of Jonathan Channing as a director.

Channing, who will lead the block management service, has over 15 years’ experience in property management and joins Savills from Farrar Property Management.

John Dyer, director in Savills Prime Estates team, said: “We are delighted Jonathan will be joining the team to focus and further strengthen our block management service.

“We have seen a growing demand for this provision and believe that Jonathan’s strong experience and track record will help us to provide a best in class offer for our clients.”

Savills Prime Estates provides property management services for charities, financial institutions, landowning estates and high net worth individuals.

It has more that 3,500 properties under management, and key clients include The Crown Estate, M&G Real Estate, The Wellcome Trust and Tesco
