John Sinclair, Associate Director, Head of Estate and Block Management said of the promotions: “Since joining Caxtons in 2006, Tony has consistently managed his portfolio to an exceptional standard. He played a central role in ensuring Caxtons achieved ARMA Q accreditation in 2014, which has since evolved into The Property Institute Accreditation, marking our commitment to high standards of practice within the property management industry. He deputises for the department, oversees our Block Customer Hub, helps to launch new initiatives, and is doing outstanding work on LinkedIn (please give him a follow!) His commitment to excellent customer service is reflected in the tangible results seen in our Google and Trustpilot reviews.

Natalie joined Caxtons in 2023 and brought with her a meticulous and methodical approach to estate and block management. Her attention to detail is unrivalled, she communicates clearly and effectively with our customers, ensuring the estates and blocks under our care are both well-maintained and professionally managed. She has also introduced new working practices at Caxtons, contributed to staff training, and received several positive reviews, all of which help to showcase the high standards delivered by Natalie, Tony, and the wider Caxtons team.
