Shared Ownership criteria relaxed

Under the shared ownership scheme, people part-buy and part-rent their home. The government is relaxing the criteria for those who apply from April 2016. The scheme will be open to people of any occupation and income caps will also be raised. A deposit of just £1,500 may be required.
