SRVO PROPERTY APPOINTS DIRECTOR OF RISK STRENGTHENING HEALTH & SAFETY EXPERTISE AT FAST-GROWING UK PROPERTY ADVISORY AND SURVEYING SPECIALIST

-          Team continues to expand with nationwide commercial and residential roles

Property advisor and surveying firm SRVO Property, part of the Odevo UK Group, has appointed David Flack as Director of Risk to lead and scale its Risk & Compliance capabilities across the UK residential and commercial real estate market.

 David joins from Vegner Group’s B-Hive Property Solutions, also part of the Odevo UK Group of businesses. David will continue to provide Health & Safety expertise to B-Hive and the Vegner Group as an extension of his new role.

 Combining technical expertise with commercial insight, David is vastly experienced in leading high performing teams to deliver a range of Risk & Compliance services, from risk assessment and Building Safety to training and policy development, across a broad spectrum of development and client types.

 Through his active role within The Property Institute’s Health & Safety Committee, David has contributed to driving industry change at scale, helping to accelerate Building Safety best practices across the sector.

 Launched in January 2025, SRVO was formed from existing surveying capabilities within the Odevo UK Group; bringing together the best people, skills and experience to provide expertise across the Group businesses, and beyond. David’s appointment strengthens SRVO’s capabilities in this fast-growing sector specialism, offering a greater depth of Health & Safety services to partners within the Group, and wider market.
