Tailored Management Support expands team following continued growth

The appointments mark an important stage in the development of TMS, strengthening the team around Co-Founders Emma Peach FTPI AssocRICS and Zoe Southwell MREC.

TMS provides flexible property management support to Managing Agents, Freeholders, Right to Manage companies and Resident Management Companies. Its Support Managers work remotely within clients’ existing systems and processes, helping businesses manage staffing gaps, increased workloads, portfolio transitions, new business onboarding and periods of growth.

Dani brings extensive block management experience to her new role and will work alongside Emma and Zoe to support the continued development of the business.

As Project and Operations Manager, she will oversee internal projects, strengthen operational processes and help ensure TMS continues to deliver a responsive, personal and consistently high quality service as its client base and Support Manager network grow.

Tyler will support the onboarding and ongoing engagement of TMS Support Managers, helping to ensure they receive a smooth and supportive experience from their first interaction with the business.

He will also play a key role in the expansion of the TMS Site Inspections service, working with clients and Support Managers to help deliver inspections efficiently and consistently.
