The Precise network, established in the West Midlands through Precise Chartered Surveyors and later expanded by Precise Commercial Surveyors, is now extending its regional footprint into Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds with the launch of Precise Larkstoke Surveyors, led by Tim Hurdiss.
The Precise journey began with a strong foundation in homebuyer and residential surveying through Precise Chartered Surveyors, before expanding into the commercial property sector two years ago with the launch of Precise Commercial Surveyors. Since then, the commercial arm has seen consistent growth, supporting clients across a broad range of commercial property instructions.
The addition of Precise Larkstoke Surveyors strengthens the network’s wider capability, adding further depth of expertise while maintaining the independence of each business within the network.
Stuart Doolittle, Director of Precise Commercial Surveyors, said:
“Absolutely delighted to welcome Tim to the Precise network and to be working alongside him again. His experience and knowledge in the field are second to none, and I’m excited to see him bring that expertise and strong local connections into the market as we continue to grow our presence.”
Matt Billingham and Jamie Taylor, Directors of Precise Chartered Surveyors, said:
“Welcoming Precise Larkstoke Surveyors into the Precise network is a natural step in our growth across the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire, bringing together like-minded, independent practices under shared values while keeping strong local leadership at the heart of each business.”
The Precise network operates as a collaborative network of independent surveying practices, rather than a legal group structure. This model allows each business to retain its own identity and leadership, while benefiting from shared experience, specialist expertise and referral opportunities across residential and commercial disciplines.
Tim Hurdiss, Director of Precise Larkstoke Surveyors, said:
“I’m really excited to join forces with Precise and support the growth of its commercial offering. The strength of this network is in combining specialist expertise with local leadership, and that’s exactly what clients need in a changing market.”
This latest addition reflects Precise’s long-term strategy: measured growth, regional strength and specialist expertise, delivered through trusted, locally led businesses working together.
