A row of three neighbouring Victorian terraced houses that have been converted into nine flats in a popular Birmingham suburb is coming up in Bond Wolfe’s next auction.

The vacant freehold property at 91, 93 and 95 Oakfield Road in Balsall Heath will be listed with a guide price* of £615,000+ in the livestreamed auction on Wednesday 10 December.

Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, explained that the flats were close to Moseley Village, and just a short walk away from Cannon Hill Park and the Edgbaston Stadium, home to Warwickshire Cricket Club.

The flats in Balsall Heath will be among scores of lots appearing in Bond Wolfe’s next auction which is due to start at 8.30am on Wednesday 10 December.

The auction will be livestreamed via Bond Wolfe’s website with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet.
