With over a decade in the industry, Sanj’s role as a director is far from one-dimensional. A versatile all-rounder, he helps with new business, health & safety compliance, team leadership, networking, social media, and of course, his bread and butter, property management. His approach combines innovation with a hands-on commitment to client service, ensuring communities thrive under his stewardship.

Sanj credits his success to teamwork:

Property management is no easy feat. While many assume it’s a 9-to-5 role, Sanj often clocks 12-hour days, driven by a love for the job and the satisfaction of delivering exceptional service. “Yes, there are ups and downs, but with every issue, there’s always a solution. Never give up, break down every barrier in your way.”

Reflecting on the journey, Sanj adds:

The energy is still sky-high, and there’s so much more to achieve.
