UK PropTech Awards 2026: Final Week to Recognise the People and Innovation Shaping Real Estate

Now in its ninth edition, the UK PropTech Awards recognise achievements across five key themes: Driving Market Growth, Shaping the Digital Landscape, Future of Real Estate, Building a Sustainable Future and Outstanding Contribution.

The breadth of this year’s categories reflects the increasingly diverse role technology and innovation play across the built environment. From the AI Innovation Award, recognising solutions using artificial intelligence to address real-world challenges, to Data Utilisation & Enrichment, celebrating technology and approaches that unlock the value of property data, and Business Transformation, recognising organisations using technology to drive meaningful change, the Awards showcase innovation across the property lifecycle.

The Building a Sustainable Future theme highlights the role of technology in creating more sustainable and resilient places, with categories including Sustainable Operations, Tech for Good and Decarbonising the Built Environment. Meanwhile, Inspirational Founder of the Year celebrates the entrepreneurs building impactful PropTech businesses and contributing to the wider industry.

Other categories recognise innovation within real estate organisations, emerging talent, smart buildings, intelligent asset management and businesses driving growth across the sector. The Awards also welcome joint applications between PropTech providers and their real estate clients, recognising the importance of collaboration in turning innovation into meaningful outcomes.

The 2026 Awards are supported by organisations across the ecosystem, including Box UK, Perpetual Capital Management and REACH UK, alongside other industry partners.

The judging panel brings together senior figures from across the sector, including Knight Frank, Octopus Energy, Regent Capital Ventures and the Built Environment Trust, alongside experts spanning real estate, investment and government.

The UK PropTech Awards 2026 will take place on 26^th November at The Building Centre in London, bringing together 350 attendees from across the industry.

With applications closing on 1^st of October 2026, there is just a few days remaining to put forward a business, project, individual or initiative for recognition.
