Wokingham property management team wins national award! 

The organisers said the standard of entries this year was "exceptionally high", with work submitted by companies and professionals from across the UK.

The judges praised Cleaver Property Management's "strong people-centered approach to property management, combining professional expertise with exceptional customer service." They highlighted the team's transparency, accountability, ethical management and responsive communication, and said the company demonstrates "the value of putting relationships at the heart of property management."

Sarah Cleaver, Managing Director of Cleaver Property Management, said: "We're incredibly proud to receive this award. The judges' comments reflect what our team strives to deliver every day, and this recognition belongs to everyone at Cleaver Property Management."

Last month, the company was also named Property Management Company of the Year at the Prestige Awards 2026/27. It's the second year in a row it has won that award.

Founded in 1993, Cleaver Property Management manages residential developments across Berkshire and the surrounding areas. Its property management, maintenance, finance and support teams work together to look after buildings and the people who live in them.
