Zoe Southwell and Bryn Cadfan-Lewis launch new venture, Accord, specialising in on-site staff

Zoe Southwell, Associate Director, already works with some of the largest and most respected brands in Block Management and will be taking the knowledge and experience gained throughout the last 8 years of management level recruitment into her new role within Accord.  

Zoe is passionate about working with employers to source quality talent and with candidates to support them in identifying and securing the right position. She has delivered talks at the LMP events, IRPM Regional Seminars and ARMA Chapters and was also listed in the Property Management 50 in 2021. She also holds a Diploma in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and will be utilising her training to redefine talent attraction and engagement in the site staff space. 

Bryn Cadfan-Lewis, Managing Director, started his career in property 23 years ago after completing his degree BSc in Computer Science and Information Systems. Freeholder, Landlord, Property Developer, Property Manager and Finance Director are just a few of the roles he has held. 

Along with his ten years at Director level within the property recruitment sector, these are accolades that set the Accord team up for every success in this new venture. He has a vision of modernising the provision of site-staff services using technology and believes this could provide a great alternative to the way it has always been done.

Zoe and Bryn remain at Director level within Block Recruit and the two companies will work in synergy with one another.
