Sital is an Associate Partner in JPC’s Private Client Team.

Sital brings an analytically driven service which is tailored to achieve and meet client objectives. As an experienced private client lawyer, Sital advises individuals and families on all aspects of succession, tax and asset protection planning. This includes inheritance tax planning, preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney, setting up Trusts and advising trustees on the administration of their trusts. Sital also undertakes administration of estates, probate and Court of Protection matters.

Sital works closely with her clients and provides them with practical and effective solutions to their problems. She enjoys explaining complex law in a way that that is easy for her clients to understand.
