Biography

With over 25 years of experience in the property sector, Trevor Adey brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role as Director and Founder of Placekeeper Management. His career spans work with leading housebuilders including Barratt, Redrow, Bellway, Bloor Homes, Countryside/Vistry, Forge New Homes, Brierley Homes, and others.

Trevor’s expertise is rooted in two decades at Savills and other top-tier consultancies, where he advised on housing and development projects across the UK. He later joined national open space charity The Land Trust, where he spent six years pioneering service charge-funded estate management schemes for large-scale urban extensions and garden villages nationwide.

In addition to his professional roles, Trevor has served as a resident director of a Residents Management Company (RMC) for over 12 years, giving him a unique perspective on both the operational and lived experience of estate management.
