4site Consulting Announced as Finalists in 8 ACE Award Categories

Company Finalists:

• Health & Safety Partner of the Year

• PropTech Provider of the Year

Alongside the company nominations, six members of the 4site team have been named finalists in individual categories. Each plays a key role in delivering safety, compliance, and client support across the UK residential sector.

Individual Finalists:

• Gregg Masters – Honorary Industry Award
  Managing Director. Gregg joined 4site in 2010, shortly after the company was founded, and leads its strategic vision, partnerships, and growth across the industry.

• James Purdey – Legendary Leadership Award
  Head of Field Operations. James joined in 2016 and now leads a national team of over 50 risk assessors, driving operational consistency, mentoring, and technical excellence.

• Param Singh – Unsung Hero Award
  Lead Software Architect. Since joining in 2019, Paramjit has led the development of bespoke in-house software tools, including the platform that underpins 4site’s Building Safety Case Report service.

• Tiffany Tidmarsh – Outstanding Customer Service Award
  Head of Commercial Operations. A key client contact since 2022, Tiffany supports managing agents with day-to-day service delivery and is also a core part of the Building Safety Case Support team. She has recently spoken at industry’s Doyenne In Property Conference on fire safety compliance.

• Laura Hill – Wellbeing Champion Award
  HR & Resourcing Coordinator. Laura joined in 2023 and plays a vital role in recruitment, staff wellbeing, and internal support across the business.

• Charlotte Watts – Rising Star Award
  Building Safety Coordinator. Charlotte joined in 2023 and supports property managers with client meetings, portal onboarding, and regulatory guidance. She is a driving force in delivering 4site’s Building Safety Case Support Service, delivering an insightful talk on the topic at the Doyenne in Property Conference earlier this year.

In addition to being finalists, 4site Consulting is also proud to be sponsoring the “Managing Agent of the Year (15,001+ Units)” award. Managing Director Gregg Masters will be presenting the award to the winner on the night.

The team will be attending the ACE Awards on 20th June and are looking forward to celebrating with fellow finalists, clients, and colleagues across the industry.
