Watling Real Estate is seeking offers over £4 million for Palmers Mews, a recently completed mixed use development in Trade Close in north London.

Nathan Pask and Andrew Foster have been appointed joint Law of Property Act Receivers on the 9,711 sq ft scheme which consists of six 2 bedroom maisonettes with garages and two 1 bedroom apartments.

There are also four commercial units with the potential for conversion to residential, subject to planning.

Jamie Lamond, a director in the London office of Watling Real Estate, said: “Palmers Mews is offered freehold with vacant possession and presents an investor with options to let and take income, or undertake an ordered sale of the units.”

The development is located in Palmers Green within the Borough of Enfield within walking distance of all local amenities.

Lamond added: “Palmers Green is a vibrant neighbourhood which has benefitted from continued investment, with a range of both local boutique shops and restaurants.

“Palmers Mews is just 150 metres from Palmers Green Railway Station which is on the line between Stevenage and London Moorgate.

“Given its location and potential, we are anticipating significant interest in this investment opportunity.”

Offers over £4 million are invited for the freehold. For further details see, https://watling.com/property/223112/ and email jamie.lamond@watling.com to arrange a viewing.
