Before moving into residential property management, Sam built his career in two vastly different yet equally demanding environments: the luxury hotel sector and the prison service. Managing five-star guest expectations has given Sam an acute awareness of customer service standards and attention to detail, while his time in the criminal justice system has instilled resilience, focus, and an unmatched ability to remain calm under pressure, an essential skillset in the world of residential management.

Supporting Sam in his new role is Julian Giraldo, who brings with him hands-on site experience, detailed knowledge of building operations, and a proactive mindset that aligns perfectly with Estates’ core values. Julian has recently transitioned internally from his position as Building Manager at Aldgate Triangle, one of the most complex and well-regarded developments in the company’s London portfolio.

Julian’s time at Aldgate Triangle equipped him with extensive experience in dealing with day-to-day site matters, managing on-site staff, resolving resident queries, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance protocols. His move into the Assistant Property Manager role provides him with an exciting opportunity to expand his professional skill set and take on broader responsibilities, including service charge management, contractor procurement, and resident engagement at a portfolio level.
