Growing estate management company Preim, has welcomed a whole host of new hires and internal promotions, boosting its number of estate management staff across the business.
Preim has upskilled its existing workforce but also welcomed fresh faces from around the country, embracing remote working to support the growing geographical reach of the estates it manages.
The increase in staff numbers will ensure Preim’s estate management team can support the company’s growth, allowing it to continue to deliver excellence for its residents, communities and housing developer clients.
Oliver Taylor, Preim’s Head of Client Delivery, said, “As a result of our growth, one of our focus areas has been ensuring that our staff numbers increase in line with the number of developments under Preim management, so that we’re confident we have the resources in place to keep meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. We’re delighted to have welcomed several new, highly-qualified staff members to the Preim family and complete well-deserved internal promotions”.
Preim’s three new Customer Account Managers (CAMs) include Ben Ousey, based in Macclesfield. Tom Tracy has also joined the company and will bring his many years of housing estate management experience to his new Preim role, alongside another new CAM Sam Goold, who has valuable experience in building new estate communities from scratch.
Tamara Wooton and Samantha Haselgrove have also been hired as Assistant Customer Account Managers to bolster Preim’s front-line customer service team.
Already existing members of the Preim team, Abgail Morton and Kayleigh Hill have both been promoted to CAMs, following their achievements and rapid success in Assistant Customer Account Management roles.
Oliver Taylor added, “The business has continued to grow despite a struggling housing market fuelled by high mortgage rates and general cost of living increases. Our strategy is managing developments with a focus on building communities and working with our customers to enable them to influence the way in which their development is managed.”
“We firmly believe that the residents of an estate should feel involved in how it is managed. Having the right staffing and resource within Preim is crucial in enabling us to continue to deliver for our customers, and the overall growth of our business.”
Preim works with a range of national housebuilders including Crest Nicholson, Urban & Civic, St Modwen and Allison Homes on sites across the country. The company currently manages over 20,000 homes on 200 estates including 17 garden villages and urban extensions, working with developer clients and residents across England & Wales to help build communities where people love to live, work and visit.
