An impressive building hosting scores of luxury flats for residents over 55 in a Devon coastal town is to be looked after by Principle Estate Management.
Principle has won the contract to manage Saxon Heights, located in an elevated position overlooking Brixham town centre, and within a short walking distance of local shops.
The new contract has been awarded by a large corporate freeholder who Principle have acted for since 2018.
Joe Jobson, joint managing director at Principle, explained that Saxon Heights now joins the company’s expanding portfolio of more than 22,000 units at some 450 developments across the UK.
Mr Jobson said: “This is the latest contract win for Principle in the south-west and comes because of our proven success at managing large schemes across the country.
“We are now looking forward to working with residents closely to ensure that we make a real difference to their daily lives.”
Saxon Heights was completed in 1997 as a luxury development of apartments for residents aged 55 and over.
Jack Swann, senior business development manager at Principle, said: “Residents at Saxon Heights live in one of the most revered places in Brixham and quite rightly expect their properties to be maintained to the highest quality.
“We were pleased that residents have noted our reputation as a quality managing agent and we are confident our property management team will quickly make a meaningful difference through their tailored approach to ensure the long term success of the development.”
