Award-winning property management agent Rendall & Rittner has recently appointed Jack Quainton to a new role of Heat Network Manager. Jack will be responsible for supporting Rendall & Rittner’s clients in ensuring compliance with heat network regulations, whilst simultaneously delivering a high level of customer service. Jack will also be at the forefront of future advances to the company’s heat network management systems, driving forward innovation for the benefits of clients, customers and residents.
Having previously worked as a Heat Network Manager for one of the UK’s largest providers of housing, health and social care, Jack has experience managing a national portfolio. He has proficiency supporting on a wide variety of projects and ensuring regulation readiness for both Heat Network Metering and Billing Regulations and the Energy Act. Prior to this, Jack worked as an Energy Manager for a city council, leading on a programme of work involving heat networks across a diverse range of new and complicated legacy sites.
