For the first time ever, the most influential people in the residential leasehold property sector are identified.  The list contains a mix of leasehold campaigners, Parliamentarians, trade and professional bodies, managing agents, building owners, investors, developers, valuers, and lawyers amongst others.

Entries have been gathered subjectively according to our knowledge and experience of the industry and are arranged in alphabetical order by name.

Trevor is responsible for the residential property interests of Dorrington, one of London’s largest landlords.  He has served on the Boards of The Leasehold Advisory Service (until 2012) and The British Property Federation (until 2012), and is a well-known spokesman on residential property investment matters. He is a Board member of London & Quadrant Housing Association and a Governor of Dolphin Square Foundation.

Paul Neville
Head of Residential Property, Forsters

Paul is head of Forsters residential property team and is an expert in all aspects of residential property. He has a particular specialisation in leasehold enfranchisement where he has extensive experience acting for individual tenants, groups of tenants, freeholders and intermediate landlords.  He also acts for several residential estates.
