Crabtree create a legal first

Crabtree Property Management Company have become the first managing agent to set up their own law firm using the new alternative business structure (ABS). The new firm, called Crabtree Law, recently received its licence from the Solicitors Regulation Authority and began trading in September 2012. Prime Minister David Cameron has appointed Mark Prisk MP to be the new Housing Minister following the promotion of  Grant Shapps MP to Co-Chairman of the Conservative Party.  Shapps will also attend Cabinet as a Minister without Portfolio.  The move comes as part of the September Government reshuffle. Managing Agents Race for Charity 

Rendall and Rittner recently entered two teams for the Sense annual dragon boat race near Canary Wharf, London.  Rendall and Rittner supported this charitable event for the deafblind as part of their corporate social responsibility.  There were 18 teams in total. Each Team had 10 rowers and a drummer.  Team Rittner made the final, although Team Rendall was not far behind. In a highly critical 64 page judgement the High Court has recently ruled that the arrest of Vincent Tchenguiz by the Serious Fraud Office (SFO) in March 2011 was unlawful because it had been procured on the basis of misrepresentation and non-disclosure by the Government agency tasked with fighting white collar crime. A typical day for Felix Keen,Head at Pembertons Property Management, usually sees him in his office overseeing the management of over 200 Residential Management Company (RMC) developments in central and south west London. Crabtree raise £10k for charity 

Robert Robertson, Managing Director of Crabtree Property Management, led a team from his company on the 52 mile Ridge Walk, completing te course in 22 and a half hours. Crabtree raised £10,000 for the charity SENSE.
