Pennycuick Collins appointed at The Old Library Stourbridge

The prestigious building pictured above was built back in 1905, and has been used as both a library and an educational establishment. In 2017, the Old Library underwent a two-year-long conversion project which transformed the rooms into individually unique apartments consisting of one and two bedrooms, boasting an array of architectural features including a spiral staircase, restored stained glass windows, and bespoke plasterwork.

Pennycuick Collins service charge portfolio has grown considerably throughout 2019 already, welcoming other block management schemes including Camden Village in the Jewellery Quarter and Belvedere Residence in Wolverhampton.
