Ringley Group, the leading operational real estate company specialising in residential and living management, has advised on its 15,000th UK BTR unit, as it unveils a new-look leadership team, major client wins and a refreshed brand identity.

Ringley Group has strengthened its senior leadership team by installing industry leader Martin Samworth as Group Chairman. The appointment solidifies Samworth’s role with Ringley, having held the role of Strategic Adviser and Non-Executive Director.

Samworth will work closely with Group CEO Richard Williams to oversee the company’s operations and set the strategic direction and implementation for future growth, with the leadership completed by Mary Anne Bowring and Mehdi Mehra, co-founders of the business.

The growth of the business has been propelled by consistently winning new mandates across all its service lines, with the most recent new mandates including one of the largest Right to Manage developments in the UK, Galliard Homes’ Wimbledon Stadia and an instruction from Silbury Capital.

Ringley is also embarking on ambitious plans to grow the commercial part of the business, leveraging both its existing platform and increasing commercial instructions to capitalise on the growing demand from investors and developers for advisors that can provide expertise and manage both asset classes, either as standalone projects or as part of one multi-asset development.

To accommodate the exponential growth of team, which comprises over 230 people, the company has moved into a new headquarter building located in Camden Town, north London, adjacent to its existing premises in the area from which the company has grown. The group has also opened a new office in Wimpole Street in London’s West End, to complement regional offices in Cardiff and Manchester.

To develop bench strength across the whole business, the company is executing a strategy of securing new senior hires to consolidate and further evolve the business.  Industry leading economist Jennet Siebrits recently joined as the new Head of Research from CBRE to fortify Ringley’s pioneering data research capabilities.

Founded 30-years ago, Ringley Group has grown into a full service, vertically integrated property and asset management company specialising in the Living sector.

Ringley Group is the corporate umbrella for a portfolio of 12 companies which harness proprietary technology to deliver a data-driven service across all aspects of operational real estate; asset and property management, leasing, valuation, block management, building surveyors, fire engineers and law – either as integrated or standalone services.

Ringley’s current portfolio comprises over 16,500 homes across the UK, with £12 billion of assets under management.
The rebrand, which incorporates a new image, striking logo and “Living Real Estate” strapline, is represented on a newly launched website, across all digital media channels, marketing content and signage.

Martin Samworth, Group Chairman of Ringley Group, said: “I’m inspired and energised to be working with Ringley at such an exciting and pivotal time in the living sectors.  Ringley’s proposition to the market has a number of clear value differentiators for clients, given no one else is offering the breadth of services, driven by technology and proprietary data. It is a truly end-to-end vertically integrated offering. The living sectors are set to eclipse other asset classes over the next ten years and our platform is perfectly placed to capitalise with scalable growth across all our service lines.”

Mary-Anne Bowring, Co-founder and Managing Director of Ringley Group, said: “This is an important milestone for the business which over the years has grown into a truly full service asset and property management company for the Living sectors.  The company has been built on a supportive, can-do, entrepreneurial culture and the team and platform we have in place, we’re excited about the opportunities ahead to help build on our successes to date.  The UK continues to face a housing crisis and our work places us right at the heart of the Living ecosystem, empowering and finding solutions for people, banks and landlords and everyone with a stake in residential property.”

Richard Williams, Chief Executive of Ringley Group, said: “We now operate operates or advise in every real estate sector as a truly end-to-end, vertically integrated service and advisory offering, both intertwined and as standalone services.  While our core business will always be anchored by our residential work, with Build to Rent, Single Family Housing, Valuations and Block management as key areas, we are increasingly leveraging commercial activity from residential base;  capitalising on transforming trends in modern living and urban lifestyles, with consumers demanding more efficient, greener solution in keeping with shift towards sustainability and well-being.”
