Biography

With over a decade of experience as a Chartered Surveyor, Zoë brings both technical expertise and a genuine passion for the built environment to her operational leadership role. She is absolutely instrumental in shaping how our team works, delivering effective and forward-thinking working practices, underpinned by a calm, solutions-focused approach that inspires those around her.

Zoë was previously pivotal in launching Earl Kendrick’s Brighton office in 2016, laying the foundations for a strong and lasting presence across the South of England. Since then, she has worked closely with fellow Directors to drive the company’s broader regional growth across the UK.

She earned her BSc (Hons) at the University of Brighton and achieved MRICS status in 2014, gaining hands-on experience in both local government and private practice along the way. A Chartered Surveyor and certified Expert Witness, Zoë has a particular interest in heritage properties and extensive experience in core Building Surveying disciplines, including Contract Administration.

Committed to the future of the profession, Zoë is a former Chair of the Sussex RICS Matrics and remains actively involved in RICS outreach, introducing surveying to the next generation through school visits. A strong advocate for diversity in the property sector, she serves on the committees of local networking groups and is a regular speaker at industry events.
