A rare opportunity to purchase five newly built apartments in Royal Sutton Coldfield for less than £1 million is being marketed by commercial property agency Bond Wolfe.

The luxury properties are located in Mill House and Trinity View House on Midland Drive in the much sought-after town centre.

James Mattin, managing director at Bond Wolfe, explained that the apartments, with an estimated rental value of around £81,000 per annum once fully let, have a guide price of £995,000.

Mr Mattin said: “This sale represents a rare opportunity to acquire five newly built apartments in a prime town centre location.

“All five properties are two-bedroomed apartments that have been finished to an exceptional standard, with superb fittings throughout.

“To add to the appeal, the freeholds of both Mill House and Trinity View House will be included within the sale.

“The properties are within easy reach of all local amenities, schools and Sutton Coldfield train station on the Cross City line, with direct links to Birmingham New Street.

“The apartments will make an excellent portfolio addition for landlords, as they will appeal to young professional tenants and family renters alike.

“We strongly urge buyers to arrange a viewing to witness the high-end finishes on offer.”

Mill House is a brand-new development of seven luxury apartments fronting Midland Drive, while Trinity View House is a conversion that includes six apartments.

The two apartments included in the sale at Mill House are on the first and second floors, and both extend to 667 sq ft.

The three other apartments in the sale at Trinity View House are on the ground, first and second floors, and each extends to 645 sq ft.

All five apartments include quartz work surfaces, integrated appliances, and spacious open-plan living spaces.

Each unit has a principal bedroom with ensuite shower room, a further main bathroom, open-plan kitchen and living room, plus inner hallway with store cupboard.

Other apartments in the two blocks have been sold off on long leaseholds, and rented out at £1,350 per calendar month, which has produced the estimated rental value of £81,000 per annum for the five apartments in the sale.
