Tony Hymers is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in property management. He co-founded Burlington Estates and Tempest AI, was MD at Ballymore, and formerly chaired ARMA. Today, he focuses on using AI to transform the sector—boosting agent profits and improving the resident experience.

With over 25 years of experience in the property sector, Trevor Adey brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to his role as Director and Founder of Placekeeper Management. His career spans work with leading housebuilders including Barratt, Redrow, Bellway, Bloor Homes, Countryside/Vistry, Forge New Homes, Brierley Homes, and others.

Trevor’s expertise is rooted in two decades at Savills and other top-tier consultancies, where he advised on housing and development projects across the UK. He later joined national open space charity The Land Trust, where he spent six years pioneering service charge-funded estate management schemes for large-scale urban extensions and garden villages nationwide.

In addition to his professional roles, Trevor has served as a resident director of a Residents Management Company (RMC) for over 12 years, giving him a unique perspective on both the operational and lived experience of estate management.

Victoria (Vicky) Clark MTPI AssocRICS sits on the RICS Governing Council in the global Property Seat and is a recognised leader in property management, with extensive experience driving transformation, reform, and professional standards across the sector. Specialising in leasehold and estate management, she has built a career defined by strategic vision, decisive leadership, and an unwavering drive to elevate standards across the property management profession. Vicky’s career spans prominent leadership roles across the UK’s property management and development landscape. Formerly Associate Director at Quadrant, Head of Estates at Strawberry Star, and Area Manager at Mainstay, she has directed integration, governance reform, and asset strategy across full-cycle operations. Her ability to align developers, clients, and managing agents around lasting operational excellence continues to distinguish her as a leading voice within the profession. Vicky brings a relentless commitment to advancing property management, driving higher standards, stronger professional recognition, and renewed respect for the expertise at its core.
